Feeling unprepared to play the role of a pregnant teenager living on the outskirts of Santo Domingo, an actress decides to interact with pregnant teenagers all over the country. Throughout the process, as the girls lay out their life stories on camera, they start to influence the production of the film itself, changing its course.

Her first feature It Runs in the Family obtained several local and international awards. After premiering Ramona at the 2023 Berlinale, Victoria received the True Vision award at the True/False Festival.
